Joseph “Joey” Sloan, aka Joe Ryan is MISSING from rural Gering, Nebraska since Feb 21, 2023. He was believed to be driving his 2012 Silver Toyota Tundra in the LaGrange, Wyoming area with license plates bearing Nebraska 21 – 67BE.
