(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) — On June 20, 2025 shortly before 7 a.m., Scottsbluff Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Ave I in reference to a pickup driving onto incoming traffic, driving in the ditches, in peoples lawn and swerving.
