MISSING TEEN, Local Hall of Fame Broadcaster Passes, Flour Recall, Stolen Vehicle Recovered, Huge Drone Spotted, and more, every day on Scotts Bluff County Scanner.
Heaven Gained a Hearty Soul
Local Hall of Fame Broadcaster Howard Hale was best known for his deep voice and his familiar closing at the end of his radio programs, which are still on-the-air and have been since 1992.
Howard faithfully served 87+ years on earth at the time when he closed out his final Harvest USA Report last week.
His Harvest USA Report, along with The Cattleman’s Corner and The Horseman’s Corner, are heard every day M-F on a total of 22 radio stations in 8 states, including locally.
His son, Brian Hale, will be continuing the programs as he has been doing for the past two years. He and his wife, Andrea, own and operate Hale Multimedia, Hale Broadcasting, AgSearch, SBCO Scanner, Hale Ministries, and several other organizations inspired by or based on the solid principles passed down from Howard.
A Celebration of Life for Howard Hale will be held on Saturday, May 6 at Harvest Valley Church on Wintercreek Drive in Scottsbluff. 10:00 gathering.

Thanks again for listening, and may God bless, I’m Howard Hale.
