Died Suddenly
Loving father, devoted husband and dedicated airman US Air Force Major Matthew Charles Kettler, 39, of Mason Ohio, died suddenly on February 12th, 2024. He attended the United States Air Force Academy, bravely defending his nation in active duty from 2008 to 2020 and remaining active in the reserves until his passing.
Matt was a skilled Air Force and United Airlines pilot with an extensive list of accolades. He was a C-17 Instructor Pilot at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio and joined United Airlines as B737 First Officer in July 2021.
I have been tracking pilot incapacitations and sudden deaths since the start of 2023. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Mandates have decimated the airline industry and injured thousands of pilots. Pilot incapacitations and sudden deaths skyrocketed in 2023.
