New Law Would Make COVID Vaccine Makers Liable for Injuries, Deaths

Children’s Health Defense is among the organizations that support a bill introduced Tuesday by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) that would remove the liability shield for manufacturers of COVID-19 vaccines and open the door for vaccine-injured Americans to sue companies like Pfizer and Moderna.

The Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered Act, or the LIABLE Act, would “allow Americans who took vaccines that were misleadingly promoted and forced onto many Americans via federal mandates to pursue civil litigation for their injuries,” according to a summary of the bill publicized by Fox News.

“These vaccines were given emergency use authorization unilaterally and did not go through the normal FDA [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] approval process,” the summary stated.

The damages and fatalities caused by the COVID-19 vaccine demand accountability. This legislation represents a critical milestone in rectifying these injustices and paving the way for a more accountable future. This legislation is crucial for holding vaccine manufacturers accountable.

Harvard drops COVID-19 vaccine mandate

The Harvard University Health Services confirmed this week that the school will no longer require students to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

“We strongly recommend that all members of the Harvard community stay up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters if eligible,” reads a notice on the University website. “Additionally, we continue to emphasize the benefits of wearing a high-quality face mask in crowded indoor settings and remaining at home if unwell.”

In early 2022, university policies attracted considerable scrutiny in light of mounting evidence that two-dose mRNA vaccination coincided with a high rate of heart inflammation among young adults.

“Students are the lowest risk population on planet Earth,” Johns Hopkins University medical professor Marty Makary at the time. He further described the vaccine mandates as “a kind of martial law.”

Matt was a skilled Air Force and United Airlines pilot with an extensive list of accolades. He was a C-17 Instructor Pilot at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio and joined United Airlines as B737 First Officer in July 2021.

COVID-19 vaccines have been linked to myocarditis, which, in some circumstances, can be fatal. We performed a systematic review of all published autopsy reports involving COVID-19 vaccination-induced myocarditis through 3 July 2023. We established that all 28 deaths were most likely causally linked to COVID-19 vaccination by independent review of the clinical information presented in each paper.

In other words, the mainstream media deliberately mislead the public and scared them into supporting draconian lockdown measures, and also probably scared people into rushing to get the brand new mRNA injections. Meanwhile Bill Gates investment grew and grew…

Remember when we were told that the hospitals were completely full and we had all the dancing nurses on TikTok? Remember how some peopel were labelled “conspiracy theorists” for questioning this? Turns out that the so called “conspiracy theorists” were right once again. The hospitals were not full. We were being lied to.

However, he mentioned that athletes typically undergo health screenings, including physical exams, EKGs, and cardiac ultrasounds, to detect issues like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ahead of time.

Dr. McCullough raised concerns about the COVID shots. He says the first presentation of vaccine-induced myocarditis is often sudden death:

“Vaccination causes myocarditis, mainly in boys, less so in girls. But a recent paper by Hulscher and colleagues … found that the COVID vaccine myocarditis is fatal, and most people don’t get a chance to have an MRI or get the diagnosis made ahead of time. The first presentation could be like this: sudden cardiac death on the basketball court.”

Pfizer Makes Big Bet on Looming “Heart Failure Pandemic”

Scientists are now warning that the latest COVID variant could trigger a “heart failure pandemic.” And get this: Pfizer, the same company that sold you the so-called vaccines, is making a big bet on that “heart failure pandemic.”

The pharmaceutical giant recently acquired several companies. This includes a major $6.7 billion cash acquisition of Arena Pharmaceuticals, a firm specializing in developing treatments, particularly for heart inflammation conditions like myocarditis and pericarditis.

Attorney General Ken Paxton Files Lawsuit Against Pfizer

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has initiated legal action against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, Inc., citing allegations of deceptive practices related to the company’s COVID-19 vaccine.

The lawsuit asserts that Pfizer engaged in misrepresenting the vaccine’s efficacy, particularly challenging the claim of 95% effectiveness, and accuses the company of trying to stifle public debate on the matter.

Attorney General Paxton accuses Pfizer of violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act through “false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices.”

The lawsuit highlights the company’s claims that the vaccine has a 95% efficacy rate against COVID-19 infection, stating that this was based on “relative risk reduction” in Pfizer’s initial short-term clinical trial results.

We are pursuing justice for the people of Texas. Many were coerced by tyrannical vaccine mandates to take a product that was sold based on lies. “I am a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse. For almost 14 years I worked in some of the best children’s hospitals in the country. I have never really been one to question “modern medicine” until somewhat recently. When you work in healthcare, you mostly just assume that everything is research-based, done with purpose, and done for the ultimate good of the patient. “First, do no harm”, right? I think having my own child and realizing the gravity of my decisions regarding his care have made me dig very VERY deep into the research behind what has come to be second nature to the majority of us: vaccines.”

“I am not a crazy, emotionally-driven person. I think anyone reading this knows me well enough to appreciate that about me. My husband will tell you that I research things to death – it’s true. I don’t watch TV and I couldn’t care less about what Hollywood celebrities have to say about any topic. I never was even interested in the autism aspect/argument, and that is not at all what led me to start looking into vaccine research. It was actually one of my best friends who is a critical care pediatric nurse practitioner – she was always in favor of vaccines, worked in cardiac ICU and oncology units in reputable children’s hospitals and thought it was crazy not to vaccinate your kids. Flash forward to today and none of her children are vaccinated. She is one of the smartest, most well-read and well-researched people I know. She has written medical journal articles and has contributed chapters to medical textbooks. She does NOT make decisions without a great deal of research, thought and prayer. So when she did a 180 on vaccines, I listened. And I began to research on my own.”

I went from spending 14 years of my nursing career giving vaccines to my patients and thinking parents who didn’t vaccinate were irresponsible and crazy, to now recognizing the great harm that is being done to our children by the vaccine industry. Autoimmune disease, asthma, eczema, food allergies (especially peanut), seizure disorders, learning disabilities, chronic ear infections, allergies – all these health issues are running rampant in our kids.

I witnessed countless occasions of vaccine injury in the NICU, and the truly disturbing part is that it is considered “normal”. We would vaccinate babies and then inevitably that night or the next day the baby would have increased apnea spells (they would stop breathing), they would require increased ventilator support, they’d have more feeding difficulties or higher amounts of gastric residual/vomiting. The doctors were never surprised. This was just an expected response to vaccination. This was the standard in every NICU I worked in (that would be 6 different NICUs all over the country).

I also never ONCE, not in 14 years, observed a doctor giving true informed consent to parents regarding vaccinating their baby.

It was our job as the nurse to get the parents to just sign the consent form after handing them a printed off sheet from the CDC which was strongly biased toward vaccination. If you were told the truth that your baby could stop breathing after getting vaccines, would you perhaps question it? Or at least ask to postpone until they are older? If you as a parent aren’t 100% certain that the medical intervention you are giving your child is safe and healthy for them, then you have the right (and the responsibility) to say no. Ask to wait. Ask to delay until you research further. You can always vaccinate later. You can never UN-vaccinate. Every state allows for vaccine exemptions for your child to attend public school. Most allow for religious or conscience exemptions (47 states) in addition to medical exemptions.

I am not demanding that you stop vaccinating your kids. I am simply urging you to question. Do your own research. Find sources that aren’t bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry. Make sure there aren’t conflicts of interest. “

US suspends federal funding to Wuhan lab over non-compliance

July 19 (Reuters) – The U.S. has suspended federal funding to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) for failing to provide documentation related to concerns over biosafety protocol violations at the facility that has faced questions for years over the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wait! What? They WERE funding gain of function research in China and they didn’t cut them off in 2020? We were STILL paying WIV until July of 2023!

DNA Contaminants in COVID Shots Can Trigger Cancer and Alter Human Genome, Concludes Expert Panel

Summary of Findings:

  1. Bacterial DNA (plasmids) has been found in mRNA vaccine vials.
  2. A cancer-promoting genetic sequence—SV40—has been found in the Covid-19 vaccines. This was not present in the vials used for the approval studies but has been found in all vials of the BioNTech vials disseminated for public use.
  3. These discoveries have been confirmed in several independent laboratories worldwide.
  4. The discovery was originally made in April 2023 by Kevin McKernan at which point regulatory bodies were contacted. No official reply has been received.
  5. Multiple mechanisms exist in which this genetic information might be integrated into the human genome.
  6. This DNA could instruct our bodies to produce mRNA and foreign proteins for an unknown period with potential implications for subsequent generations.
  7. There is no constructive purpose identified for the undeclared SV40 promotor sequence, which in addition to its cancer risk, enhances the capacity to incorporate the other foreign genetic material into the recipients’ own chromosomes potentially rendering them (and possibly even their offspring) permanently genetically modified.
  8. There are multiple completely undeclared genetic sequences in both Moderna and Pfizer vials with the SV40 sequence found only in the Pfizer vials. However, latent SV40 infections in a significant portion of the population could present the same SV40 risk to Moderna recipients.
  9. Even in the absence of chromosomal integration, the DNA plasmids could generate mRNA for the spike protein toxin and other harmful proteins for prolonged and unpredictable periods of time.
  10. Integration of foreign DNA into the human genome disrupts existing natural genetic sequences; this carries further risk of disease including cancer.
