(ALLIANCE, Neb.) — The Alliance Nebraska Police Department arrested two individuals and cited one juvenile following an early morning burglary and vehicle break-in investigation.
On January 8, 2026, during the early morning hours, officers responded to a reported burglary at a residence in Alliance while the homeowners were present. Through the investigation, officers determined that Tobias Little Hoop unlawfully entered the residence and he was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
A juvenile was also present during the incident and was cited in connection with the investigation. Three additional individuals were present but were determined not to have actively participated in the burglary.
In addition, officers investigated several vehicle break-ins in the area that were connected to the same group of individuals.
Officers determined that all five individuals were under the influence of alcohol. As a result, each individual was either arrested or cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
Bryce Ghost was one of the individuals who was arrested for Minor In Possession of Alcohol.
All arrests and citations are pending further court proceedings. This investigation remains ongoing.
The Alliance Police Department reminds the public to lock vehicles and remove valuables to help prevent thefts and encourages residents to report suspicious activity immediately.
