I don’t see why they say to let them know when people drink and drive my neighbors do it all the time and even with kids in the car they dint care no matter how many times you tell the police they only care when it’s convenient for them or are forced to.do.something about it or why is there even an ordinace about people’s dog poop when the cops said they dint enforce anything about dog poop so I’m jus guessing if you live in an apartment they won’t say nothing or do anything so who do we turn to for help.with that when they’re related to the landlord nd the landlord realator won’t do nothing to help cause it’s their family
