The Preparation for the Battle of Armageddon

The word Armageddon originates from the Hebrew har megiddo meaning “the mount of Megiddo.” Har means “mount,” and megiddo means”slaughter”; so the meaning of Armageddon is “Mount of Slaghter.” It is an actual geographical feature located in northern Israel.

• To finish His judgement upon Israel
• To finalize His judgement upon the nations that have persecuted Israel
• To fromally judge all the nations that have rejected Him
