🕹️ Throwback to the Good Ol’ Days 📼

Do you remember when life was simple, and our imaginations ran wild? 🚲🌈 Remember those carefree days of being 70’s and 80’s kids? We were the masters of adventure, the champions of outdoor exploration, and the true aficionados of making the most out of every moment!

🚲 Back in the day, our trusty bicycles were our ticket to freedom. No GPS, just pure instinct leading the way!

🚰 Who could forget the ultimate hydration experience of sipping straight from the garden hose? 💦 It was cold, refreshing and quick so we could get back to playing. The taste of adventure, right there!

🌆 Street lights were our timekeepers, and we knew it was time to head home when they flickered to life.

📞 And let’s talk about those ancient artifacts known as landline phones! 📠 They allowed us to chat with friends, while twisting the phone cord around our fingers in a rhythmic dance.

🎮 No smartphones or tablets, just a world of imagination waiting to be explored. We built forts out of blankets, turned cardboard boxes into spaceships, and climbed trees until we reached the clouds. Our playground was vast, limited only by our creativity.

So, fellow time-travelers, let’s raise a glass of nostalgic lemonade 🥤 to those incredible days of being 70’s and 80’s kids. We were the pioneers of an era defined by real connections, outdoor escapades, and the pure joy of simple pleasures. The world has changed, but our memories remain etched in the sepia-toned pages of time. Here’s to us, the kids who truly knew how to make the most of an analog world! 🌟🕰️📻

So why the nostalgia? We did know how to survive an analog world, but now with all our digital ease, what is the tradeoff? Somehow we have moved from being able to think for ourselves to being spoon-fed everything through the MSM and digital devices. We have become indoctrinated

Another huge tradeoff with all these fancy devices is Electromagnetic Frequencies, commonly known as EMF. Why is that a problem?

What are the dangers of EMF

According to the NIH, it has been found that RF-EMF can induce changes in central nervous system nerve cells, including neuronal cell apoptosis, changes in the function of the nerve myelin and ion channels; furthermore, RF-EMF act as a stress source in living creatures.

Callender brings conversation to dangers of EMF radiation in 5G technology. In a longer portion of the topic, he describes how 5G can be used to manipulate frequencies for a desired outcome. In order to achieve these goals the 5G frequencies are adjusted up to 100gH. His claim is that these frequencies can be used to deploy the release of M-Proteins which would allow the Marburg proteins to be transmitted from vaccinated individuals into the public to affect primarily those who are unvaccinated. Further into his explanation, Callender describes how this would resemble an apocalypse of zombies.

A thorough report about 5G exposure has found that “this newfound radiation source is damaging the health of creatures that live in the wild.”

The 150-page report, compiled by researchers at the University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University, contains three sections.

  • – the first focuses on how environmental EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) have radically increased in recent years;
  • – the second part looked at how living organisms are impacted by these EMFs;
  • – the third section focuses on EMF exposure limits and the prospect of new regulations to help better protect living beings against the harm caused by this constant flood of non-ionizing radiation.

“This eloquent review gives insight into missed opportunities for cancer prevention exemplified by asbestos, tobacco, certain pesticides and now RF (radiofrequency) radiation,” said a spokesperson from the Environmental Health Trust (EHT).

The world is constantly, relentlessly asking for your mental energy. Answer this email, like this photo, try this recipe, wear this clothing, use this product.

This only becomes a problem when you don’t know what matters to you, or what deserves your mind space. When you’re unfocused, you give your life away to unimportant things. This is not innocuous: what we pay attention to, we become.

So what do we do about it?

Take a Mental Detox

But just how do you do that, you ask? Take actions steps to mentally detox your mind. Unplug! Get focused and reset your mind with a positive mental attitude.

Mental detox refers to the process of cleansing your mind of impure, negative, and disturbing thoughts. It will help you be more alert, have more mental clarity, and attain mental peace that is the key to your well-being.

If your life is not going the way that you want it to be, it is most likely because you are not being careful about where your energy resources are going. The following are a few steps you can take to start a mental detox, and begin refocusing for good.

  11. Make it more difficult to sign into social media.
  12. Become selectively social.
  13. Remember the big picture.
  14. Commit to protecting your mental space as much as you do anything else that matters.

The Bible offers several principles and teachings that can help individuals change their mental attitude in positive and transformative ways. Here are some biblical approaches:

  1. Renew Your Mind (Romans 12:2): The apostle Paul encourages believers to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This involves aligning your thoughts and attitudes with God’s truth and principles rather than conforming to the patterns of the world.
  2. Practice Gratitude (1 Thessalonians 5:18): The Bible teaches us to give thanks in all circumstances. Practicing gratitude can shift your focus from what’s negative to what’s positive, helping to cultivate a more positive mental attitude.
  3. Replace Negative Thoughts (Philippians 4:8): The Apostle Paul advises thinking about things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. This can help counteract negative thought patterns and foster a more positive mental outlook.
  4. Cast Your Anxiety (1 Peter 5:7): The Bible encourages believers to cast their anxieties on God because He cares for them. Surrendering worries and anxieties to God can lead to a more peaceful and less anxious mental state.
  5. Practice Self-Control (Galatians 5:22-23): The fruit of the Spirit includes self-control. Cultivating self-control over your thoughts and emotions can lead to a more balanced and controlled mental attitude.
  6. Seek God’s Presence (Psalm 16:11): Being in the presence of God can bring joy and peace. Developing a habit of spending time in prayer, meditation, and worship can positively impact your mental attitude.
  7. Forgive Others (Matthew 6:14-15): Jesus teaches the importance of forgiveness. Holding onto grudges and resentment can negatively impact your mental state, so forgiving others can lead to emotional healing and a more positive attitude.
  8. Trust in God’s Plan (Proverbs 3:5-6): Trusting in the Lord with all your heart and acknowledging Him in all your ways can alleviate anxiety and uncertainty, leading to a more confident and peaceful mental attitude.
  9. Serve Others (Mark 10:45): Jesus taught that serving others is an important aspect of the Christian life. Focusing on helping and serving others can shift your focus away from self-centered thoughts and contribute to a more positive outlook.
  10. Practice Humility (Philippians 2:3-4): Considering others more important than yourself and not being consumed by pride can lead to a more open and empathetic mental attitude.

Remember that changing your mental attitude is a gradual process that requires consistent effort and reliance on God’s guidance. Reading and studying the Bible regularly, along with seeking fellowship and guidance from other believers, can help renew your mind and keep that positive mental attitude!
