The Ugly Truth of Tap Water

Have you heard about the Flint, Michigan drinking water scandal or the Camp Lejeune lawsuit? What if I told you our drinking water is not as safe as we thought it was?

Flint Water Crisis: Everything You Need to Know

A story of environmental injustice and bad decision making, the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, began in 2014, when the city switched its drinking water supply from Detroit’s system to the Flint River in a cost-saving move. Inadequate treatment and testing of the water resulted in a series of major water quality and health issues for Flint residents—issues that were chronically ignored, overlooked, and discounted by government officials even as complaints mounted that the foul-smelling, discolored, and off-tasting water piped into Flint homes for 18 months was causing skin rashes, hair loss, and itchy skin.

Water Contamination at Camp Lejeune

U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina was established in 1942. In 1982, the Marine Corps discovered specific volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the drinking water provided by two of the eight water treatment plants on base.

Water from the Tarawa Terrace water treatment plant was primarily contaminated by PCE (perchloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene). Water from the Hadnot Point water treatment plant was contaminated primarily by TCE (trichloroethylene). Other contaminants in the drinking water included PCE and benzene and TCE degradation products trans-1,2-DCE (t-1,2-dichloroethylene) and vinyl chloride. Supply wells were contaminated by multiple sources: leaking underground storage tanks, industrial area spills, and waste disposal sites. The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) modeled the contamination and estimated that at least one VOC exceeded its current EPA maximum contaminant level in drinking water during August 1953 and January 1985.

We have been enlightened to the fact that our tap water, although treated and deemed ‘safe’, is not ideal for most of the population. But those of us who know our history, understand that the ‘powers that be’ have suggested the water supply as a means to ‘innoculate’ a large population.

In 1917 Sanger founded the Birth Control League, which changed its name to Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 1942. In 1969 the Vice President of Planned Parenthood, Frederick Jaffe, drew up a chart based on Davis’ ideas. The chart listed 33 “Proposed Measures to Reduce U.S. Fertility.” These included: fertility control agents in water supply; encourage increased homosexuality; permits for children; compulsory abortion and sterilization; and discouragement of home ownership.

So with this in mind, it isn’t a far reach to think that there may be more than just cleaning agents in our tap water.

In 2022, Watch the Water interview was released. Dr. Bryan Ardis sat down with radio host Stew Peters in a stunning interview to discuss Covid-19, Remdesivir, “venom theory,” and much more. When we originally reported on it, it was so unbelievable that we highlighted it on out Truman’s Matrix segment. But like many of our past segments, it’s content has moved from unbelievable to plausible.

Infowars previewed Watch The Water:

Posted online Monday, the nearly hour-long conversation between Peters and the doctor exposed an important topic that receives little attention.

Essentially, after realizing how odd it was that antivenom medicines like monoclonal antibodies were effectively treating Covid, Dr. Ardis began questioning the narrative that the virus originated from a bat in a Chinese wet market.

“Is Covid a venom, and this is why they don’t want you using monoclonal antibodies?” Dr. Ardis asked.

To answer this question, Dr. Ardis sought out establishment media “fact-checkers” to see if they were attempting to discredit any claims that the source of Covid-19 was a snake and not a bat.

A quick internet search reveals plenty of mainstream media publications admitting at the onset of the Covid outbreak that it may have been derived from snakes.

Every time the snake is mentioned, fact-checkers 1,2,3,4,5,6 constantly fact-check it and spin it to the bats. There is no fact-checking about bats. They keep letting you look at bats,

Dr. Ardis

In the interview, Dr. Ardis theorized the public drinking water supply may be contaminated to spread snake venom to the public. The theory came after the CDC announced wastewater surveillance is being used to provide an “early warning of COVID-19’s spread in communities.”

In our article; Floride Falshoods, we discussed the fact that our tap water is filled with toxins.

Nearly half of the tap water in the US is contaminated with ‘forever chemicals,’ government study finds

CNN, July 6, 2023

Almost half of the tap water in the US is contaminated with chemicals known as “forever chemicals,” according to a new study from the US Geological Survey.

The number of people drinking contaminated water may be even higher than what the study found, however, because the researchers weren’t able to test for all of these per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances, or PFAS, chemicals that are considered dangerous to human health. There are more than 12,000 types of PFAS, according to the National Institutes of Health, but this study looked at only 32 of the compounds.

Experts say it’s important for people to understand their risk of exposure through tap water. Water filters may help somewhat if tap water is contaminated and there are moves to regulate some PFAS chemicals in US drinking water.

Where PFAS concentrations are higher

The scientists collected water samples directly from taps at 716 locations – 269 from private wells and 447 from public sources – between 2016 and 2021. Based on their findings, they estimate that at least one PFAS chemical would be detected in 45% of US drinking water samples.

This USGS map shows the number of PFAS detected in tap water samples from select sites across the nation. The findings are based on a USGS study of samples taken between 2016 and 2021 from private and public supplies at 716 locations. The map does not represent the only locations in the US with PFAS.  USGS

Most of the contamination came from water sources near urban areas and in areas that generated PFAS, like manufacturing that uses the chemicals in its products or sites where waste was collected.

Ultimately, your health is the most important thing to take care of. We suggest to be sure your water is safe, use an under the sink water purifier.
