(NORTH PLATTE, Neb.) — A 33 year old North Platte man is being accused of sexually assaulting two children and is facing serious charges in Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Charged and bound over to Lincoln County District Court
Micah Miller of North Platte waived his preliminary hearing on April 4 and is bound over to District Court on April 5 for child enticement and sexual assault of two minors.
His charges are:
SEXUAL ASSAULT, USE OF AN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICE 28-320-02-F1D
CLASS ID FELONY
SEXUAL ASSAULT OF CHILD, THIRD DEGREE
28-320.01(3)
CLASS IIIA FELONY
SEXUAL ASSAULT OF CHILD.
THIRD DEGREE

CLASS IIIA FELONY
Miller posted bail in the amount of $45,000 cash. Terms of his bond include no contact with anyone aged 16 or under.
The details of what Miller is being accused of include sexual actions against very young children whom he knew personally.
