Officer Matt Rockwell is one of our Police Officers and has been in Law Enforcement for 22 years.  Officer Rockwell is well respected by his peers in all Agencies of Law Enforcement throughout Scotts Bluff, Morrill and Sioux Counties.  He is also, respected and admired by our residents for his dedication and thoroughness. Though he has had some tragedies in his own life, he makes sure Minatare residents are taken care of.  He has worked his due diligence and works hard to keep our community safe and clean.
