Child Sex Offender Mario Blanco received a 40+ year sentence in court today, according to independent court reporter David Marez who was on scene to take this photo Monday morning.

Minatare Shooting Suspect(s) Sought

We are re-running this story from this Sunday night incident. These criminals need to be found.

Scanner traffic indicated shots fired in Minatare on Ave B Minatare Sunday night around 8:42pm, dark sedan. Police could be heard investigating the ricochet.

Scotts Bluff County Scanner has acquired video of the moment shots were fired.

To our knowledge, despite multiple vehicle stops throughout the night, we can not confirm that this suspect was ever caught.
