5:41 pm – Wildcat Hills, male attempting to wrap a belt around his neck. Blue 4 door car.
State patrol enroute. RP driving a silver car. She is going to stay on scene.
Subject leaving now. Headed down the hill.
2nd officer pulling in now.
Officers have located vehicle.
Provisional operators permit (not old enough for a driver’s licence.)
Transporting minor to RWMC. On the phone with parents.
6:19 pm – Dad is at RWMC
9:19 pm – Large disturbance at Rebecca Winters Apartments, 15-20 individuals
9:23 pm – male, 30’s, facial injuries, needs medical, also intoxicated. Refused transport.
9:41 pm – 5 Rocks and County Club, dog found. Dog refusing transport.
9:42 pm – Ave B, male broke into resident and won’t leave. Male left residence in black Chevy. Possibly headed to Morrill.
10:28 – 18th St and 5th Ave, sirens heard. The sirens might have been for that male from Ave B earlier.
1:00 am – two calls of shots fired around 7th Street and East Overland.
1:01 am – structure fire, 3rd Ave and 14th, fire out immediately
1:03 am – Gering PD trying to locate runaway juvenile
