We have official sources confirming that the two suspects arrested were Steven Sanches of Morrill and Jayda Stephens of California.

Scanner Traffic indicated 3 dogs shot near East Lyman Road.

7:45 pm – Scanner Traffic indicates that a Sheriff Deputy is headed to East Lyman Road. Report of a male shooting dogs in a parking lot. Reporting party indicated he shot 3 already. Police on scene searching for vehicle. Reporting party states that the male drove off in an older van (White Chev Uplander).

8:10 pm – male and female in custody. Reporting party is free to go. They have pictures. Public Service contacted.

8:17 pm – Deputy wants to talk to the County Attorney. Dispatch has him on.

8:26 pm – one male, one female, arriving at County.

8:55 pm – Traffic indicated subjects would be charged with felony use of a firearm, 3 counts.
