8:23 am – train stopped near railroad crossing arms have been down for half an hour, officer wants someone to contact UP to see what’s going on and if they need a crew out there to direct traffic.
8:27 am – watering hole disturbance between 3 females in area only description was female who was victim wearing a pink backpack
8:33 am – one load of asphalt millings cleaned up
8:34 pm – one female walking down East Overland from watering hole, one female at laundry mat
8:37 am – Gering officer asked to go to S St. Juvenile from this morning might be at that address.
8:42 am – officer en route to valley youth connections for follow up
8:49 am – Gering ems needed for 23yo male seizure
8:57 am – juvenile from Longfellow en route to capstone
9:18 am – Poster created and distributed for Missing Juvenile
1:10 pm – Ambulance crossed the bridge by the YMCA
2:28 pm – Rescue needed K St, Gering. Hard time breathing.
3:36 pm – Holly Dr. Gering. Ems needed. High blood pressure 99 yo female.
6:48 pm – 3rd street Gering 30 year old with chest pains. Recently delivered a child.
6:53 pm – Lyman Rescue, elderly male with chest congestion and breathing problems
6:58 pm – Valley in route female chest pain.
7:03 pm – W 25. Barking dog.
7:06 pm – Suv on E Overland had female that is suspended. Lost her now looking for her again.
7:46 pm – 80s yo male in route w/ valley breathing problems. Harsh cough. Confusion
7:59 pm – Essential fuels. Requesting officer as someone lent someone else their card to get fuel and now they won’t give the card back.
8:01 pm – Minatare Fire paged to fire out by Stonegate Road
9:27 pm – male intoxicated and complaining
9:30 pm – 14th and 4th 2 large dogs attacking puppy thru the fence. 2 pittbulls were taken inside, puppy appeared to be deceased.
9:36 pm – New car with no plates drifting around gas pumps at the Watering Hole on 27th. Almost hit a car and last seen on Ave B, Orange Dodge Challenger. Eye witnesses reported to scanner “There is one sitting with its lights on. Has intransit. It’s on the west side of Perkins.” (text tips to 940-224-6315)
9:39 pm – Park St, RP states that ex was there took backpack with car and house keys. She left in 2012 Maroon Ford Fusion. He wants to make a report. This is not the first time this has happened.

7:05 pm – 3rd Ave male opioid overdose, narcan given. 35 year old overdose of fentanyl, 4 grams administered
Q: So if narcan is given does the person still go to the hospital? Yes. Do they go to jail then if they don’t have a prescription?
A: Narcan is legal and available for free from local pharmacies. Police may take them to jail or the hospital, but not because narcan was used.
