1:53 pm – road and driving complaint. Hwy 26 mm 8 westbound. Has a flag. Unable to maintain driving lane.

1:57 pm – Trooper headed to Bridgeport, request for assistance from Morrill Co Sheriff’s Office

2:12 pm – 1 male 1 female 10-15

2:14 pm – NSP serial number check on a CCY Industries 9mm handgun

Missing Person Harley Kingma was located safe in Wyoming, less than 12 hours after being posted on Scotts Bluff County Scanner. Family had been searching for him for two weeks to no avail.

Joshua Jaso, 35 of Scottsbluff, was arraigned last week on charges stemming from a traffic stop. His original charges included possession nearly an ounce of methamphetamine, a knife and $2,500 cash stored with the drugs. Jaso also has a criminal record prohibiting him from carrying any weapons.

His initial court date has been set for June 15th in Scotts Bluff County.
