The Scottsbluff Police Department encourages members of the public to use our Exchange Zone for child custody exchanges, online purchase exchanges, etc.
The Exchange Zone is located in the southeast corner of the Public Safety Building Parking Lot, highlighted in the image.
The Exchange Zone is under 24-hour surveillance, which is recorded. Video of issues occurring in the zone are available upon request for investigations and/or court proceedings with a subpoena.
