Always be aware of your surroundings.

I think somebody needs to educate the county mowers. Highland Road East of the airport, grass clippings all over the highway. They’re looking to kill some bikers, either that or they don’t know how slippery fresh cut grass between hot tires and pavement is. It can be deadly.

Gering High School’s show choir, Harmony, celebrated 50th Anniversary Concert on Thursday, July 13, at 7:00 at the GHS auditorium. Founder and previous choir director, Duane ‘Stukes’ Stukesbury returned for the big night. Stukes and several alumni from past years performed and the concert wrapped up with their theme song.
