Elsie Foos, 90, of Scottsbluff passed away Saturday June 22, 2023, at Heritage Care Center in Gering.

Mark Alan Parrell of Scottsbluff, Nebraska was called to heaven on July 22, 2023 after a battle with infection.

The Mitchell Chamber of Commerce posted some nice Scotts Bluff County Parade photos from Saturday morning in Mitchell.

They wrote, “Another Scottsbluff County Fair Parade in the books.
