The Return – The Great Disappearance Ch 5

Throughout history, fanfares have been used to announce important events: royal coronations, presidential inauguarations, the beginning of battles, and more. The bright call of trumpets and other brass instruments has a wonderful way of grabbing our attention, spurring deep emotions, and calling us to action.

According to Scripture, the return of the Lord at the Rapture will be announced by three distinct, sensational, and spectacular sounds: “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.” – 1 Thessalonians 4:16
