Kimball County

Kimball Assault

On February 9, 2024 the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office received a report of domestic assault. Upon further investigation, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Teisia Claypool (25) for Assault in the 3rd Degree.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


Kimball Standoff

On February 9, 2024 the Kimball County Sheriff’s office was able to take The standoff suspect from 2/8/24 into custody without incident. Nicholas King (31) was arrested with the warrant.

The Kimball County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend many thanks to the law enforcement agencies who put in many hours yesterday including Kimball Medical Emergency Services, the Kimball Police Department, and State Patrol. Also thank you to the Kimball Fire Department for reaching out to see if we had any needs they could assist us with.

Kimball DUI

On February 8, 2024 the Kimball County Sheriffs Office conducted a traffic stop on Paul Hinck (57) resulting in his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. The preliminary breath test indicated Hinck was more than twice the legal limit. Hinck was lodged in the Kimball County jail.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


I-80 Rollover

On February 9, 2024 at 1:15 in the morning, the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office, Kimball EMS and Bushnell Fire Department responded to a single vehicle rollover on I80 approximately mile marker 8. The driver stated that he had 2 pit bulls with him at the time of the rollover that are unaccounted for. If these dogs are seen please contact the Sheriff’s Office so we can get them returned to their owner.

2/1/24 Wendy Hinck, 61, Horton, KS was arrested for Driving Under Suspension. Bond $1,500 10% $150.

2/1/24 Dakota W.M. Moran, 31, Verdon, NE was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Bond $25,000 10% $2,500.

2/2/24 Tammi S. Snethen, 48, Falls City, NE was arrested on 2 Richardson County warrants for Failure to Appear for a Court Commitment.

2/3/24 Montana W. Schulenberg, 36, Falls City, NE was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Bond $3,500 10% $350.

2/3/24 Emily A. Ramold, 35, Tecumseh, NE was arrested for Driving Under Suspension and No Proof of Insurance. Bond $1,500 10% %150.

2/4/24 Christopher E. Harding, 44, Horton, KS was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Bond $5,000 PR.

2/4/24 Anastasia R. Schulenberg, 36, Hiawatha, KS was arrested on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond $5,000 10% $500.

2/6/24 Robert R.W. Betz, 33, Sabetha, KS was arrested for Driving Under Revocation. Bond $2,500 10% $250.

2/7/24 Kyle S. Embretson, 68, Falls City, NE was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) with Intent to Distribute with a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Concentrated THC), Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, And Possession of Drug Paraphernalia X 2. Bond not set.

2/7/24 Taylor A. Rogers, 29, Falls City, NE was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking. Bond $5,000 PR.

2/8/24 Mark A. Bratrsovsky, 62, Humboldt, NE was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute within 1,000 ft of a School with a Firearm, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 1,000 ft of a School with a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Concentrated THC), Maintaining a Drug House, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia X 3. Bond not set.

2/8/24 Joe P. Ralph, 69, Falls City, NE was arrested on a Richardson County Court Commitment.

2/9/24 Michael Luna, 40, Omaha, NE was arrested on a Richardson County warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond not set.
