Sunny skies expected for President’s Day across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle, Highs Monday will range from 38 at Shirley Basin to 52 at Scottsbluff. Enjoy the holiday!

February 19th Morning Update: High Wind Warning for this morning will expire at 8:00 am as winds slowly diminish.

Another round of locally strong winds expected late tonight through Tuesday morning, where a High Wind Watch is now in effect, mainly for areas along and west of Interstate 25.
