(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) — A seemingly large and coordinated theft occurred at the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Scottsbluff Nebraska overnight Friday.
Reports are that an out of town sports team bus, several vehicles, and a hotel room were all broken into.
Witnesses to the aftermath that visited with the victims say a digital device with stored financial passwords was stolen and used to commit further crimes. The victims’ credit cards are all frozen now, and they were stuck in Scottsbluff, hoping to fly back home soon.

We are hopeful that area businesses can provide some helpful video of the incident. We will update this story if and when we can get further information.
Local hotels, as well as the public in general, should always be mindful of security and keep those cameras rolling.
