(BAYARD, Neb.) — The City of Bayard has released a statement on their water pump issues.
Morning update! First, we want to thank everyone for conserving water yesterday. You all did a great job. Second, the bypass was put in yesterday. They finished somewhere around 9:30 PM. While this is the good news, we ask that you still do not use any sprinklers and continue to be mindful of your water usage. You are allowed to shower and wash your clothes and dishes. Just no yards or gardens at this time.
