Email Scam Alert

(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) — On May 2, 2024, the Scottsbluff Police Department was made aware of several local businesses who have had their emails compromised.

This compromise has caused emails to be sent out to customers asking for them to make an ACH payment or wire transfer.

If you receive a request like this, we recommend you call the business and verify prior to sending any kind of money.
