Two Vehicle Wreck

(KIMBALL, Neb.) — On July 8, 2024 the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office, Banner County Sheriff’s Office, Kimball EMS, Kimball Fire, Air Link, Regional West EMS, Kimball Police Department, Banner Fire, Banner EMS and Nebraska State Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on North Highway 71 which resulted in the arrest of Ryan Burback (36) for DUI high test, child endangerment, and willful wreckless driving.

Reports indicate that the children are ok, just a bit shook up.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
