(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) — Panhandle Scanner learned earlier today that 18 year old Isabelle Castaneda was reported missing. After confirming with her mother and seeing the police report, we would like to ask everyone to please share this information.

Scottsbluff Police Department is seeking the publics help in locating Isabelle Casteneda (18) of Gering. Isabelle was last seen around 4:00 A.M. on August 28th, 2024 around the 10th Street North Platte River bridge.
