Local Restaurant Changing Hands

(GERING, Neb.) — A favorite local restaurant is changing hands. The Weborgs opened The Steel Grill 15 years ago, but recently made the following announcement.

It’s taken me over a week to make this post…

The rumors are no longer rumors. After 15 years, Troy and I have finally signed papers and handed over the keys to The Steel Grills. 

We can’t thank our family and friends enough who helped make my dream a success. I’ve been a waitress since I was 15 (almost 47yrs) and I can say it’s always been my favorite job.

We can’t begin to thank our staff we have had ….. we’ve been blessed with the best and have gained many lifelong friends!

Thank you to our community,  to those of you who have supported The Steel Grills throughout the years, you have made us the success we are!👏👏

Mixed emotions as I make this post but excited that the Grills will be in great hands of someone who loves it as much as I do ❤️

To use a Cliché… Thanks for the memories!               

CHEERS to the last 15 years 🍻 & CHEERS to many more.

And remember, nothing has changed. The Steel Grill will always be a local favorite.
