Bushnell Fire Response

(BUSHNELL, Neb.) — A call came in Wednesday afternoon for a cornfield fire near farm equipment outside of Bushnell.

We responded to a dryland corn field fire this afternoon. Quick thinking by the combine operator to leave the field prevented an equipment fire.

Dry conditions throughout the western U.S. continue. Please be very “FIRE AWARE”!
