(KIMBALL, Neb.) — An arrest was made following a Trespassing and Intimidation incident caught on surveillance cameras at a popular local convenience store.
On February 7, 2025, officers from the Kimball Police Department responded to a report of trespassing at the Kwik Stop fueling station, which had occurred the previous night.
Upon review of surveillance footage, officers observed a male subject unlawfully entering the restricted cashier’s area behind the counter and making intimidating gestures toward an employee.
As a result, Jacob Wendt (18) was taken into custody and formally charged with Third-Degree Assault (Menacing Threats) and Criminal Trespassing.
We would like to thank the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in this matter.
