Caution; ICE

(NORFOLK, Neb.) — Officers will do just about anything to help increase the safety of our drivers out there on the road. Here’s an example from the Norfolk Police Department.

Officers got creative today, working to slow down traffic at Benjamin and 13th, where a sheet of ice has been causing even slow-moving vehicles to slide into each other at the stoplight.

If you don’t need to be on the roads, please stay home. Conditions across town are extremely hazardous, and accidents are happening throughout the area.

Stay safe, drive cautiously, and avoid unnecessary travel.
