Forbidden Love on Trial

(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) — While hundreds gathered on August 5, 2025 to celebrate National Night Out on Broadway, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Officer Howton with Scottsbluf Police Department received a dispatch that a brother and sister pair, Michael Smallfoot (31) and Chyanna Eaton (24), were engaging in sexual conduct and had recently been caught by the reporting parties dad.

With information that they both shared a biological mother, Officer Howton contacted Allison Hughes to confirm that they in fact were brother and sister. After confirming those facts it was reported that both Chyanna and Micheal were attending National Night Out.

After locating both of them and both admitting to the allegations, Micheal was arrested and transported to Scotts Bluff County Detention Center.

Micheal has plead not guilty and is due back in court November 19, 2025. He is being held on a $25,000 / 10% bond.

During court on September 10, 2025, it was entered into record that she was the one who initiated contact and enticed Micheal Smallfoot to visit Scottsbluff for intimacy.

She is due back in court September 19, 2025.
