(MORRILL, Neb.) — Following a detailed investigation into a reported domestic assault involving a weapon on September 22, 2025, involving Kelly Mason Davis, the Scotts Bluff District Attorney’s Office has closed the case and dismissed all charges with prejudice on March 25th, 2026. This decision follows a careful examination of the facts, evidence, and circumstances surrounding the incident.
The dismissal with prejudice ensures that the case against Kelly Mason-Davis is permanently resolved and cannot be reopened. The Scotts Bluff District Attorney’s office is committed to making decisions based on facts, not assumptions, or the fabrication of events. In this instance, the evidence did not support moving forward.
