Stolen U-Haul
Scanner Traffic indicated the State Patrol is looking for a stolen 2023 GMC U-Haul truck from the Kimball area. Arizona plates.
Note : Do NOT report every Arizona plated U-Haul you see… because the comment below by Adam Bennett is correct!
It turns out all U-Haul rentals have one license plate from the state in which they are registered. In U-Haul’s case, that’s been sunny Arizona since the late ’60s.

Hampton Inn In The News
Scanner traffic indicated that a female ran over sign by Hampton Inn, and now her car leaking fluids. This incident was witnessed and called into dispatch by one of our scanner administrators. Again, news just follows us!
The Hampton Inn is also in the news because it is the site of our annual scanner meeting Monday night at 7pm.

Too Much Nighttime Activity!
Let’s all be on the lookout for nighttime troublemakers and put these criminals behind bars.
From one of our Scanner Insiders, “Just a heads up to all, very suspicious looking trio on Terry Blvd, checking for unlocked cars… Just caught them on our cameras checking my neighbor’s car. They both appeared to be in the 20 to 25 age range.”

Minatare Shooting Suspect(s) Sought
We are re-running this story from this Sunday night incident. These criminals need to be found.
Scanner traffic indicated shots fired in Minatare on Ave B Minatare Sunday night around 8:42pm, dark sedan. Police could be heard investigating the ricochet.
Scotts Bluff County Scanner has acquired video of the moment shots were fired.
To our knowledge, despite multiple vehicle stops throughout the night, we can not confirm that this suspect was ever caught.
If anyone has information about this case, or recognizes the vehicle, please contact your local police department.
Call 911 if you see any suspicious activity in your neighborhood.

Fight between the Oasis and Heights Tavern. Guy in a red hat ran.
Officer requested at Eastwood Apts for someone in an apartment after visiting hours.
Reported, large group fighting at Rebecca Winters… Police cannot locate any disturbance outside.
4th Ave and East 14th, a large party with possible domestic, when police arrived, everyone was gone.
