Monday 10:06 am – Stolen Church Van Found on Mill Drive!
We learned from the pastor’s wife that the van was equipped with a locking gas cap and had little fuel on board. She said they wouldn’t get far.
The van was recovered just a few blocks from the church on Mill Drive.

Understanding Narcan

Looking at the comments from our post yesterday. It is apparent that many people do not understand the purpose of Narcan.
Narcan is a life saving drug administered by a third party to revive a heavily overdosed drug user.
It is not a typical medication made to make them feel better or to deal with their addiction. It is used in an EMERGENCY OVERDOSE situation where the person’s breathing slows down so much that they need to be revived to live.
By allowing the public to have narcan in their possession, it gives the non drug user the ability to save the life of anyone, including someone who might have accidentally or unintentionally come in contact with dangerous opioids, including the ever popular fentanyl.
On the flip side, we do believe that it may enable some drug user cultures to continue to abuse drugs… because they will have a free ticket back to life… IF someone has some narcan.

11:00 am – Elite fitness. Drinking complaint. Someone hit and damaged the curb last night. They have video.
12:15 pm – Ave G DHHS Intake
12:17 pm – checking vehicle, parking complaint, Nancy Ct, vehicle tagged on 19th for 6 hour tow warning.
12:47 pm – White Chevy coming into town on Sugar Factory Road. All over the road had a complaint about it on Stonegate as well. They have it stopped by Sugar Factory and Hwy 26 and it sounds like a medical issue, they are asking for ambulance to come check him out.
12:58 pm – med command established for stroke-like symptoms
1:20 pm – Officer requested at 19th and 3rd for possible psychotic client. No weapons, drugs or alcohol.
1:26 pm – Officer requested on 11th Ave reference info on guns stolen yesterday.
1:27 pm – Mitchell rescue going to back yard for a female passed out…hit her heard
1:35 pm – Female at ring down saying she gave another female a ride this morning and now realized she stole her medication
1:44 pm – med comand Scottsbluff for a fall
2:41 pm – Injury accident reported in the alley East 9th. Female holding her head. Refused medical.
2:45 pm : Mitchell Fire will be doing a controlled burn on CR H
5:08 pm – Missing Runaway Juvenile, Scottsbluff – Alexavier Torres-Islas 5’7″ 117 lbs Brown Eyes Black Hair wearing loose blue jeans and white tshirt
5:37 pm – 13th St Gering neighbors fighting over placement of a trash can.
5:58 pm – 21st and U St permitted burn
6:17 pm – Hwy 20 Mile Marker 71, something burning, NSP enroute. Tractor, maybe? He got the flames out but it’s still smoking, and he needs a new fire extinguisher.
6:18 pm – Male believes car was hit at Main Street Market, didn’t realize untill he got home.
6:31 pm – Med command for unknown.
6:45 pm – Green Nissan at Valley Gas, been setting there awhile. Clerk thinks they doing 10-40
7:30 pm – W 19th 2 females throwing wood in ally trying to set on fire
7:49 pm – rp states there is a white female, green pants, white shirt, red hair, drinking, attempted to get into rp’s car. RP took off and female walked across towards the Union.
7:55 pm – verbal dispute W 19th St, requesting officer so he’s not wrongfully accused
8:05 pm – Sounds like a protection order violation on Chinoe Road in Terrytown
8:43 pm – NSP says Rancher will fix that cattle fence in the morning
8:51 pm – male on board enroute to county
9:40 pm – back out to Oliver Reservoir with my two 10-12s from earlier
11:42 officers in route, verbal distance could become physical in front of heights taver
