Our agency is investigating a Hit and Run accident at Lincoln Elementary School on East P Street in Torrington last night, and we could use your help!

Just after 12:00am on Thursday, November 30th, a red Dodge pickup hit the chain-link fence on the west side of Lincoln Elementary School, causing significant damage to approximately 70 feet of fence.

The pickup is believed to be a red Dodge mega-cab pickup, between the 2006 and 2009 model year, with oversized aftermarket rims and tires. There is believed to be damage to the driver’s side front bumper of the vehicle, and on the right side, just behind the front wheel.

Officers are working with area businesses to collect and download footage of the incident.
