(GRAND ISLAND, Neb) – Three individuals were apprehended in Grand Island after law enforcement executed a warrant at a residence, revealing two individuals with outstanding warrants and a bag of methamphetamine in a household where children were present.
At approximately 1 a.m. on Friday, police conducted a search at Malorie Rogers’ residence in the 1000 block of John Street. During the search, they encountered Jaden Bailey, who is wanted on five active warrants in Hall County for various offenses, and Kiesha Lemburg, who has warrants in Platte County for larceny and possession of a controlled substance. Police reported discovering a bag of methamphetamine near what they believe to be Lemburg’s phone.
Upon further investigation, officers realized that Rogers’ two children were inside the residence and had unrestricted access to the premises. Lemburg was arrested on charges of intentional child abuse, aiding and abetting a class II felony offender, and aiding and abetting of a class I felony offender.
