Mr. Kenneth Holloway has been found and returned to his home safely. Thank you to everyone for helping in whatever way you could. A missing juvenile has been reported out of Scottsbluff. Nathaniel Alan Williams, 16-year-old white male, 5'8", 140 pounds, brown hair, and was wearing black sweats and black shoes, and a polo shirt. Nathaniel Alan Williams, 16 years old, missing in Scottsbluff. Last night around 5 p.m., south of Sidney, a 10-34 or verbal disturbance or altercation was reported by On-Star. That was mile marker 3, Highway 19, and they were eventually found in the Safeway parking lot in Sidney. The next traffic we heard was, "County has one female, 10-15", or under arrest. There was a serious-looking accident in Scott's Bluff on 42nd Street and Avenue I, just after 3 p.m. yesterday. Two Hispanic male patients reported that their vehicle rolled four or five times after a lady pulled out in front of them from a stop sign. The accident happened at highway speeds. Three patients were transported, including the two Hispanic males and the other patient, an elderly female with neck pain. A possible assault was reported late Tuesday night, just before midnight, in Scottsbluff. An intoxicated male from Avenue B reported being knocked out by an unknown assailant.
