Construction Zone MVA

(KIMBALL, Neb.) – On 07/19/2024, the Kimball Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle crash in a construction zone.

Upon arrival, officers found the driver, Shawn Allen-Vanpelt, exhibiting signs of impairment. Upon further investigation, Mr. Allen-Vanpelt was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

We remind our community of the dangers of driving under the influence and urge everyone to make safe and responsible choices.
