UPDATE : Bianca has been in contact with authorities and has been removed from the missing persons roster.
(ALLIANCE, Neb.) — The Alliance Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Bianca Isabel Moreno, a 21-year-old Native American female.
Bianca contacted a friend saying her sister dropped her off and left her in Wyoming and that she was at a truck stop, but didn’t know where. The friend called the sister to ask why Bianca was left in Wyoming, but this was news to the sister so she called to report her missing.
After entering her as a Missing Person, The Platte County Sheriff’s Office in Wyoming called to advise they had contact with her a few hours *before* she was reported missing.
She called 911 from a truck stop in Chugwater, WY saying she didn’t feel safe because the one of the people she was with was on drugs. Deputies made contact with Bianca and did not see anyone around her, or any of the people she said she was with.
Bianca does not have an active cell phone plan so we are unable to do a ping. She only uses apps that connect to Wi-Fi.
