(KIMBALL, Neb.) — On September 9, 2025 the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Wilson (45) on a Felony Warrant for Theft; Unlawful possession of a theft detection device remover dated June 11, 2025 out of Goshen County, WY.
On September 11, 2025, Wilson began serving time in Goshen County. He is currently being held on a $50,847.00 bail for two separate cases of theft.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
