Kimball Child Abuse Arrest

(KIMBALL, Neb.) — On October 2, 2025, officers with the Kimball Police Department were dispatched to Kimball Health Services in reference to a reported child abuse incident.

Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation into the allegations that occurred on scene. Evidence of child abuse was discovered, which resulted in the arrest of Paul Juett.

Juett has been charged with Child Abuse, a Class IIIA Felony.

This case remains under investigation. His bond was set at $5,000 with the right to post 10%, and he has since bonded out. His next court hearing is Nov. 12. 

The Kimball Police Department remains committed to protecting the safety and well-being of children in our community.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
