Minatare High School held a special event for SSG Timothy Kramer, who was injured in Afghanistan years ago. He found that he had trouble navigating his home with his wheelchair, so Home For Our Troops built a new home for him and his family. It kicked off at 10:00 am with a fanfare of emergency responders. Minatare’s Yoselin Reyes sang the National Anthem.

NSP has someone pulled over on Hwy 26 East of Morrill, multiple calls of wreckless driving today, possible stolen car, officers investigating a possible domestic in Gering, 2yr old in Gering broken arm, 5 guys reportedly attempting to steal from former workplace, a Denver woman walking down broadway being circled by a blue truck, several false alarms; one being a residential fire call, 6 cops were searching a car in Gering with everything out on the ground and people sitting on the curb in cuffs, two men fighting on 15th Street, multiple people taken into custody throughout the day and night.
