Former local Nebraska State Trooper, Brandon Dolezal was sentenced to prison for 20-40 years after sexually assaulting a 13 year old child in the first degree in a Sarpy County Court Monday. The 25 year old sexual predator has a long history of unremorseful behavior including a sentencing on April 3 in Scotts Bluff County for six more counts of sexual deviation, plus he is also facing six counts of sexual assault on a minor in Douglas County, with that case scheduled for a pretrial hearing on April 13.
In this exchange on Twitter, we learned that Brandon had a frightening long held belief that what he was doing was ok. He was complaining that his sister was able to talk to guys 10 years younger, so why was it a big deal that he did. He was 17 or 18 at the time.
It would appear that justice has been served with much more to come for this repeat offender.
