DUI 2nd Offense

(KIMBALL, Neb.) — On 01/26/2024, at approximately 2329 hours, officers with the Kimball Police Department were conducting stationary traffic at the intersection of 3rd and Chestnut. Officers observed a pickup truck without their lights on, and conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle. During the traffic stop, signs of impairment were observed and field sobriety tests were administered.

Ricky Kizzair was arrested for DUI second offense.
