(CRAWFORD, Neb.) — Crews are currently on the Javelin Fire northwest of Crawford. The dozer line is completed on the fire perimeter. Crews will continue to mop up hot spots and work to control the fire.
Crews and Aircraft will remain on scene for a few hours tonight, hoping to strengthen containment lines. Smoke will be seen from this area for several days.
