Car vs Deer Causes Pileup

(NORTH PLATTE, Neb.) — Interstate I-80 in Nebraska between Hershey and North Platte became the scene of a multiple vehicle accident Wednesday evening.

According to scanner traffic via Dawson County Scanner, the Nebraska State Patrol responded to a multiple vehicle accident around 9:00 p.m. central time.

The original call indicated a Car vs Deer accident at approximately mile marker 178. Local followers and eyewitnesses confirmed it occurred between Hershey and North Platte. Another user fretted the sound of the approaching medical chopper.
