Two State Pursuit Yields Arrest

(KIMBALL, Neb.) — In the early morning hours of February 5, 2025 what started out as a traffic stop for erratic driving led to a high speed pursuit. The suspect, Kyle Woolington (42) rammed his vehicle into a Kimball County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle during the pursuit. The pursuit was then terminated. With a lot of help from the Pine Bluffs Police Deprtment and the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was obtained. Woolington was apprehended in Colorado and is waiting extradition to Nebraska.

Kyle Woolington is facing multiple felony charges stemming from the pursuit.
