Two Arrested for Drug Possession

(KIMBALL, Neb.) — On August 23, 2026 the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office arrested Diane Bustos (58) and Richard Castillo (65) for possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute and possession of narcotics.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
